Day 4 of the 100-day initiation with Misty Odom (@mistyo). I awaken once more by the bubbling of Secret Springs, feeling the voices of the deva all around me, and make my way to the sacred pools of Barton. It is a new territory for me, deeper into the realms of physical vitality, where old habits are gradually dissolving in favor of a brighter tomorrow.
As I arrive at the springs I continue my devotion to the kundalini yoga as provided by Life-Force Academy, invoking the basic warmup sequence followed by the 11 minute miracle meditation, paying close attention to the alignment of my body and the wash of awareness moving through my form.
I follow this with an invocation of the five elements, opening the space for a session of deep breathing and focusing on the textures of gratitude for the opportunity to live the adventure, conjuring the feeling-tone of already having the recognition and revenue for my efforts throughout my form.
It is an interesting development. As I continue on the clearing with Misty, I sense more and more the discrete texture of the emotional energies that I have been holding. Based on the principal that such vibrational textures have a direct effect on the flow of prana through my form and thus my manifestation in the field of possibility, I continue to deepen my focus, genuinely thankful that my lifestyle affords me the opportunity to utilize my time in such a manner. To truly prove the nature of subtle manifestation from the ground up.
Voices of the Deva
I walk back to my camp, intending to drop off a few things before leaving the springs to put in a day’s work at the Kava Bar. As I do, I hear the voice of the deva, asking me to drop in, to feel the healing Waters move through my form.
I oblige, cleansing myself in the liquid, intentionally aligning the postures of kundalini yoga and the invocation of Sat Nam, “I Am”, or “Truth” to reinforce the clarified version of my energetic state to facilitate freedom from the chains of subconscious patterns.
After, I start my walk out of the campsite, when my attention is drawn to some litter on the ground.
It’s a measure of duty, privilege and disgust that moves through me as I pick up the trash left by unconscious humans in this sacred space, feeling that it is my elemental opportunity to be of service to the aina by removing the debris. For a moment, I consider how much trash I have picked up from so many forests, clearing the land from the ignorance and mindlessness of the unconscious peoples of the land.
The Mantra of Medicine
As I return to the Kava Bar, I encounter Rich in synchronicity, and have a deep conversation about the nature of healing.
It is so easy. So clear. The information, the understanding moves through me with ease, opening through my form. Paul, one of the other regulars, joins us in the mix of it, the strength of his intellect and fellowship a welcome light across the ethers.
As we talk, he tells me of his findings with the Heartmath institute, and into the benevolent origins of cancer, which resonate across my consciousness, bringing up a deluge of healing narrative drawn from the Mythica.
You have come to the edge of your comfort zone and find yourself fighting to resist moving past that perceived precipice of who you are, how you can be, or what you can do. Spirit is asking you to step beyond the edge and allow yourself to do so with ease rather than struggle. Yes, at times physical exertion is necessary, but when perform with fluidity and grace, even when the task seems daunting, you’ll find that the movement moves you effortlessly.
Approach the present situation or relationship with awareness and grace. Do not try to make it effortless – that just creates more strain. The key word here is to allow. This is not a time to fight, but to surrender to the will of Spirit, even if you are being asked to let go completely and tumble into the brink of Creation itself. You will find the waters there to bye ultimately still and calm. Keep your focus on your solar plexus and your breath, breathing through any tension. Relaxing and yielding to the movement that is occurring at any given moment makes your life effortless.
The divination, suggested to me by Ashleigh at the Kava Bar, is meaningful, mirroring the process going on throughout my form deeply. In it, I recognize my own healing movement, the cleansing I share with Misty Odom, the implementation of the kundalini yoga and my elemental magics, all within a much larger surrender and acceptance of the Divine plan as I move forward into the next phase of the Quest.
