Maintaining your stance

In Techniques by Peter Fae

Maintaining one’s stance is at the core of all yogas. It is the idea of the inner asana, the posture in which one’s consciousness is arranged and the axis of one’s manifestation.

At the core of this understanding is also the conscious movement from one realm of the rainbow bridge to another across the space of the akasha. It is the deeper reflection that we live in the hologram of our own current arrangement of internal energies, a subtle and inner asana (comparing it to the external idea of a yogic asana or posture) which then gives rise to our circumstance on the most structural of levels.

When we become mindful of the stance (asana) of our relationship with the Creation, we see how the different ways in which we hold our awareness affect the flow of mana, also known as prana, Qi, or vital force, through our nervous system.

This has a direct effect on our manifestations, for when the channel is blocked, we cannot access the fullness of our own natural intelligence.
