“Beginner’s Mind” – October 1, 2024

Again I found myself revisiting the ideas of Will, agency Anna guidance, looking deep into what I had heard from the philosophies of Carolyn Elliot, Sure Morten and other ambassadors is discovered along the Quest.

It all hovered around the idea of a soul, Amma the we had chosen  our circumstances.  It spoke to the sense of helplessness that had crushed my spirits and defined the healing journey of the we Quest.

The mind continues to assault me with it's repetitive patterns as I try to manage the fear and anxiety over feeling trapped within a limited set of perceptions and interpretations that continue to repeat.  With the situation around the rent, food and other basic amenities dire the feeling that life itself is a constant attempt to free oneself from the patterns of one's mind burns within.
