theatre of life

“All the world’s a stage,
And all the men and women merely players.”— William Shakespeare

All the world’s a stage, and we are the characters, playing our parts in the Great Story of Life.

Yet what is the nature of such characters? What is the essence of our lives and longings, of the ways we make our way across the world? What is the substance of the stage of our stories?

We all play roles in this Great Story full of paths and purposes both individual and collective, an ensemble of characters within a plan that stretches across the reaches of time and space.

Yet we are these things, these noble elements wrought into human form. Aspects of the planet herself, and from there the infinite sky. We are the substance of the stars on earth, each living the role of a lifetime in the great story and stage of Life itself.
