      Considerations

There are many times i’ve questioned what i’m doing with the Mythica. And … there have been many times i’ve simply known – recognized that what I was doing had global and holy intent.

Really, it’s the nature of the difference. When things are in light, when things are in darkness. When we can see, and when we cannot. And in this is everything.

Functionally, seeing things a certain way is a state of being, which in the Mythica is also a location. It’s a spatial way of looking at our circumstances, and one that speaks to our movement through the labyrinth of our life.

This is key to the most basic thing – our material existence itself. The passage through conditions that is our personal Quest, along our personal timeline upon which the melody of our story unfolds.

Let me ground this. I’m sitting on the bed in the Windsor Hotel, in Hartford Connecticut, as I write this. That’s where I am in time and space, where my body.

At the same time, i’m writing this piece. My consciousness, my awareness, is in a certain dimension of experience. A certain dimension of spacetime.

What i’m saying is VERY simple.

It’s just not obvious – that is, until you see it from the right angle.

From the right position. In space.

This is why the Mythica is all about learning to see, because it is what we can see (or think we do), what we can’t, and how we feel about that which determines everything.

This goes ALL THE WAY DOWN. All the way to the firmament of the Creation. All the way to the idea of self and it’s derivative idea of personal authorship.

What makes this relevant for me in this moment is profound, for it is the witnessing of the occurrence of my character’s journey in the Great Story which reveals the true Author of the piece – and this is a thing directly, FUNDAMENTALLY related to what we are able to see at any given moment in time.

Case in point – I am on the return arc to New York, unknowing (Mystos) of what shall happen next on the Quest. As I have traveled the northern roads i’ve witnessed myself flickering between doubt and recognition like shadows and light, and have felt dismayed as well as elated – all based on my state of being.

When I was in shadow, I saw things a certain way.

When I was in light, I saw things a differnet way.

Yet the thing never changed. Not really. It was my perception of it, and how I felt in it’s regard.

Herein lay the wisdom. That which I have come to earn along the long road. And in this are all the worlds.
