From the Ice Hotel – “The Northern Lights, Aurora Borealis, appear in a clear night sky as swirling rivers of greenish-blue light. They move and dance unpredictably; sometimes barely perceptible, then suddenly growing vivid. In simple terms, the auroras can be explained as an interaction of the solar wind and the Earth’s magnetic field.”

In the cosmology of the Mythica, the northern lights are the visual expression of the rainbow road which is both our energetic architecture and our means of passage through different potential realities.  To put this in context, the “solar wind” can be seen as the essence of awareness and the “Earth’s magnetic field” as the plane of forms, made from the very substance of light itself.

The key to understanding this is recognizing that there is no separation between ourselves and the planet and that the substance of what we consider our self as well as the planet as being made of energy on a fundamental level.

From this understanding we ARE the northern lights expressed in human form, seeing the world through the prism of perception that is it’s current karmic architecture.
