Subtle Arts – The ways of working with the alchemies of consciousness on a subtle level. In the cosmology of the Mythica, these are the many alchemies that work with the elements of life to achieve a goal through subtle means. This includes the investigation into one’s subconscious patterns and limiting beliefs, the yogic kriyas and exercises that transform the layers of one’s mind and it’s manifest patterns, and in general all activities which work with the manifest world on a subtle level.

In this context, what is considered the mystic arts are simply a subtle application of the already established idea of the fine arts, where we recognize that the acts of painting, music, drama, writing and other aspects of creativity have an even more subtle level of engagement, one that works with the alchemies of the self and with consciousness as a creative medium in and of itself.

Examples of this include the art of divination, of qi gong, of spellcraft and similar ways of branding the subtle arts.
