The focusing and clarifying of the Mythica spell continues as I get a plugin that shows the phases of the Moon, itself part of a larger idea to connect the astronomy of the celestial bodies with our position on the Earth, creating a way of triangulating one’s position in the landscapes of legend.
While these notes are just-for-me for now, there’s a sense that i’m seeding the environment, figuring things and leaving a trail, if only for myself for now, on the construction of the Mythica spell.
The idea for the moon plugin, as well as something that showcased the Akashic Compass is not new. Like the various aspects of the Mythica herself, all of this feels like the refinement of the spell, a still-life painting that i’ve done over and over to facilitate a certain vision, a certain way of organizing the information that makes sense to both myself and the people I intend to invite into the common space. Within this the moon plugin much like so many aspects of the latest version of the Mythica (I believe i’m on version 8 or more at this point) feels like a gradual clarification of the inner energies within my self and their expression through the form, a way of sharing my journeys into the Mythica with the people and giving them a structure they can use for their own adventures.
There’s a sense that everything i’m doing, everything i’ve done over the many years of the Quest has been part of this larger spell, the harmonic structure which exists beneath the surface of the world and gives rise to the forms of our intent in our experience. Here I see the many iterations of the Mythica platform paralleling my own inner coherence across the resolving shadows on the quest and their redemption leading me ever-closer to the more heavenly version of my reality and right-service to the larger world.
