“Innocence”
The Akashic Library hummed with the quiet song of eternity, its countless shelves stretching into infinity. Peter Fae stood by a marble lectern, his gold cloak shimmering faintly as if infused with sunlight. Beside him, Calliope, cloaked in deep blue, ran her fingertips along the glowing edge of a tome. “This is the one,” she said softly, pulling a thick book from the shelf. Its shimmering cover shifted between scenes of verdant gardens, Greco-Roman temples, and star-strewn skies.
Peter stepped closer as Calliope opened the book on the lectern, revealing a portal that rippled like liquid light. Through it, they could see lush gardens stretching into the horizon, marble temples rising amidst blooming flora, and people moving gracefully in meditative rituals. The heavens above shimmered with living constellations, their light blending seamlessly with the harmony of the world below. “Shall we step through?” Peter asked, extending his hand. Calliope nodded, her eyes sparkling with anticipation.
Together, they approached the archway as sacred sigils etched into the stone flared to life, radiating golden energy. The air shimmered, and the library melted into a cascade of light. They stepped forward, crossing the threshold into the radiant realm beyond. The hum of life welcomed them—a song of renewal and connection, as though the world itself recognized their arrival.
