“Follow the synchronicities unceasingly, and you will be led to a new reality.” he said, eyes blazing with conviction. I wondered for a moment, the long grey road stretched behind me, lined with endless lights. I remembered the feeling of despondency, when would that reality end… where just moments before, upon the bridge I had arrived, for him to say this. “Get on.” We rode into the sunrise, a valley stretching out before me, and he drops me off in the middle of the high desert plains, pressed against the mountains. An off-grid village of a few buildings stands before me.
I wake up. I’m in a room above my parent’s, in the small suburb of Brownsburg, outside the city of Indianapolis. I look out the window, and knew it was time for a change. I had been working at a cafe, witnessing the wastefulness of the culture, something mentioned in the dream… There had to a be a way to a new reality.
