“The Sound of Colors”

In the heart of a timeless forest, where the trees seemed to whisper ancient secrets and the air shimmered with unseen magic, Peter Fae and Calliope walked side by side. The ground beneath them was soft with moss, and shafts of light broke through the canopy, casting a mosaic of shadows and light.

Peter began, his voice thoughtful and resonant. “Calliope, have you ever listened closely to the sound of colors? Not just seen them with your eyes, but truly heard their essence beneath the surface of art and creation?”

Calliope tilted her head, her dark hair catching a glimmer of light. “I’ve felt the energy of colors, Peter, but I’m not sure I’ve ever heard them. How do you mean?”

Peter smiled, a distant look in his eyes. “When I first arrived in this realm, I was overwhelmed by the sheer density of it. Everything seemed louder, more chaotic. But as I attuned myself, I began to perceive a symphony beneath the noise. Every shade, every hue, had its own vibration, a subtle sound that spoke to the deeper layers of reality.”

Calliope’s eyes widened with curiosity. “So, colors have their own sounds? Like a hidden melody within a painting or a sculpture?”

“Exactly,” Peter nodded. “It’s a kind of harmonic resonance that informs the substance of the Mythica. Over the years, as I walked my path, I learned to tune into these vibrations. They guided me, revealed hidden truths, and showed me the interconnectedness of all things.”

Calliope pondered this, her steps slowing as she absorbed his words. “Is that how you navigate the landscapes of legend? By listening to these sound colors?”

Peter’s smile deepened. “Yes, it is one of the ways. The Mythica is alive with these subtle sounds, each one a thread in the tapestry of our stories. They are the whispers of the elements, the voices of the land, and the echoes of our own souls. By attuning to them, I could see the patterns, the pathways that were hidden from ordinary sight.”

Calliope’s gaze was intense, filled with a mix of wonder and determination. “And this is what you teach through Akasha Yoga? To help others hear these sounds and find their own path in the Mythica?”

“Indeed,” Peter replied, his voice gentle yet powerful. “It’s about guiding individuals to their inner resonance, helping them to hear the symphony of their own being and how it harmonizes with the world around them. It is through this awareness that they can truly step into their myth and navigate their heroic journey with clarity and purpose.”

They walked on in silence for a moment, the sounds of the forest enveloping them. Calliope felt a new understanding blossoming within her, a deeper connection to the world of the Mythica and her place within it. She knew that under Peter’s guidance, she too would learn to hear the colors and follow the music of her own legend.

“In my experience it’s the core of everything. The very essence of the spiritual process itself. Of what people mean when they say ‘manifestation’ in the mortal plane.”

“Is it really that solid though?”

“That’s the thing though” said Peter. “Everyone is made from the colors of sound. What we experience as our everyday reality is just a wash of vibrations. We literally see through the substance of our self. The self is the lens.”

“This clarified for me even further during my time at the academy” said Peter, “where what started as the incoherent overwhelm of vibrations blended with my studies in divination, and I began to see the relationship between those sounds and the ways in which we saw and moved through the world.”
