As is my practice, I find a space within the shelves of the books to draw mana from the space between the letters to recharge my powers in devotion to the aka of Story …

The tome radiates with the energy of story, and I feel the threads of her sphere of influence all over the space, inspiring me to shoot a photo to commemorate the event.

Was what it that drove me forward if not the sacred contract I had made with the Calliope? I had traveled the world living the real life adventure of a modern bard in a devotion to the powers of Story and had followed the inspirations which had led me from one circumstance to another without question and gained the powers of story along the way.  To be in the library was a place of power for me, radiant with the aka of story in all ways, and to encounter this book in the Kairos of perfect timing was significant, speaking to the very essence of what I had devoted myself to across the years.

En route, with only $50 or so to my name, I spend $20 of it at the temple of the theatre watching the latest Marvel film, “Shang Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings”.

As expected, Paradox agrees, it’s the right way to spend the money.
