rainbow bridge

The archaic term for the rainbow road between realms in the underlands.  Equivalent to seeing the tree of life in it’s naming as the world tree.

In essence, the rainbow bridge is the archaic interpretation of the passage between realms, presented in the Norse Mythos as the means of travel between the mortal realm of Midgard and the realm eternal of Asgard.

In modern terms, the rainbow bridge and it’s association with travel between Midgard and Asgard is recognized as the movement from the mundane and unrealized version of one’s self (it’s “Midgard” version of self) to the more realized, empowered and awakened aspect of it’s own potential (it’s “Asgard” version of self).  Here the distinction between Gods and Mortals is not seen as something outside of the self, but as octaves of our own potential becoming within the Ages of the Akasha.

Seen in this context, we are always walking the rainbow bridge between the realms of our consciousness, always walking on the roots and branches of the world tree that serves as the lattice for the many worlds within the world.
