Soil – The Elemental Layer
The foundation upon which all realities grow—the primal field of elemental consciousness that composes all things. The Soil is the bedrock of existence, where the raw energies of Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Ether shape the very fabric of reality. This layer speaks to the dissolution of identity back to the elements from which it is made. In the subtle earth, it is known as the aethersphere.
The fifth and most primal layer of the land is the Aethersphere. The place where the primal elements are perceived in an ever-shifting fluidity. It is the core elements of form itself, that from which every other form is made. Here lay the components of the grand archetypes which lay in the Akasphere, their essences revealed to be a medley of elements in constant change.
On this layer of the Tree of the World the karmic associations with form continue to dissolve as one’s path turns from solid to liquid, the land changing to become the Ether Sea.
