The Books of Fae

2011-10-1 – "The Faery Well"

"…More and more I am seeing the purpose in my path in service to the deva intelligence of the Goddess and the Tree of Life as the path leads me to the realms of Livingwell to witness the activation of a faery well  …"

In the north I  hear tell that a faery well is being invoked in the sacred realms of Livingwell.  That one of the other ambassadors of the otherworld, R.J. Stewart, will be there.  Feeling the call within, I make my way along the sideway highways, leaving the City of Angels and return to Cascadia …

I have always found the spellwork of this realm of Faerie quaint. Where the simplicity of the feeling is engaged. It is an invocation of primal colours rather than the mathematics of many wizards I had known, it’s shape more aligned with that elemental feeling of the Fae. Also, I thought it was cute.

The deva always spoke to me when I returned to Livingwell. As part of my intention to exalt the realms of Faerie and the characters the Great Story, I loved the unfolding narrative of journey back to the Green to be part of an invocation laying the gridwork upon the ley lines of Gaia in service to that thing.

The class was beautiful, the tones ringing the textures of it’s particular shape, it’s particular way of relating with the Creation. It was similar to the wieldings of Orion Foxwood, and I would later come to learn that they were contemporaries in the realms.

This was a time of many questions for me, the energies churning and pushing within me towards some as-yet-unknown conclusion. I felt a constant flickering between a wandering state of fugue and visions of elemental majesties, in which I drifted across the sea of realms, processing the World.

To come to the realms of Faerie here in the material plane was soothing to me, cooling the fires my resolving agitation with the experience with the essence of the Green, the voices of the deva helping to unwind the twisted threads within my self.

This time I had come to be part of a gathering invoking a faery well, an elemental portal woven with the ley of Gaia, connected to a series of other such thing across the planet. Here, we would meet R.J. Stewart, another ambassador to the consciousness of the Fae.

Like Orion Foxwood, I longed to feel the resonance of this being and their communion with the deva.
