"… I continue to follow the Path, following the textures of the unfoldment towards the sacred Mt. Shasta. McLain shares with me the lore of a rainbow gathering that he is going to, yet cannot provide invitation … nonetheless, the Path unfolds, and I am led to that exact location, following the signs granted to me by the Universe …"
As always, the deva speak to me through the elements, carrying with them the essence of their elemental makeup.
It is difficult to describe the language of the elementals, not because their way of communicating is so alien to humanity, but rather that the way language is used in this Age is a far cry from the original language of the land.
Protecting the Future

Everything was a divination, a noticing of what I shot with the camera in what moment, in what I was feeling speaking to me from between the letters of my experience.

It was here that felt the gentle spirit of McLain and his inclusion of the people as his family, protected by the grace of his kindness and brought along the paths of the rainbow upon the back of his Zephyr dragon. I felt him then as a modern-day mythos of the biblical Noah, if only for a moment, carrying the seeds of the new world in his sure fingers.

Deva of Stone & Water

It is such a lush, beautiful environment. Flush with love and expansion. As I make my way amongst the rocks, I witness another of the deva, a queen, her face shining through the surface of the Worlds.

Nymphs & Apples

This is the essence of it for me. The question and the answer of why I would arrive at this exact moment in synchronicity, to encounter these nymphs bathing in the water, surrounded by lights and apples. Such was the framing of mythology itself, calling to me classic paintings of the fae and the free on the borderlands of human recognition.

In stories, author's place characters in various landscapes and circumstances which reflect the current world of that character. As I continued on the quest and saw the manifestation of these patterns in my own life, I saw the real world thing that was being sculpted by those writers, the landscape of my archetypical circumstance, that which my character was moving through on their quest.

The sensation that I was moving through an archetypical landscape that had an underlying vibrational constancy beneath the shifting forms on the surface continued to pull at me, teasing out a vision, that the many photos and experiences I was having were all connected somehow, connected in that field of similar energies, the background vibration I felt behind them all.
I knew I was onto something. That I was sensing the landscapes of the Mythica. That through my photos and consistent observation I was coming to the see the shape of something, something that lay beneath the surface of what things seemed to be.
…
It was during this time that the parallel between the stories in fact and fiction, between what was considered 'fact' and 'myth' began to blend. There was a sense of a more archetypical, less impermanent and more foundational thing that lay within the deeper intricacies of those ideas, and that it's understanding was a part of my journey.
(from the 2008 episode – "Nymphs and Apples")
It was a thing happening in my own story. As I held true to my arrival in the kairos, I continued to encounter circumstances that were archetypically mythical. It was't just an inner experience, I was actually encountering the people, places and events that were the embodiment of a magical world.
I saw myself as a character in a book, living in some archetypical mythology, finding his way from one mystical location to another. Flush as i'd been in the experience with the Mythmaker, I had now found my way to a moment in time and space where I witnessed a living nymph standing in sun-drenched water, a rain of apples floating around her in a spiral of life itself.
It was a beautiful moment, one made all the more fantastic and sublime by the fact that it happened naturally, without stage or staging. It was an archetype of mythology encountered on the journey, the invocation of the journey into the Mythica made manifest.
Songs of Stone & Water

I love this! It is the very thing! A cadre of mythic adventurers making their way across the landscapes of mythology!

The Fire Dragon

At the Academy, we used the Druid Animal Deck in conjunction with the tarot and an oracle deck, triangulating one’s divination across the realms. As I made my way north from Mt. Shasta, I spy a red dragon, flush with the energies of Fire.
The Ashland Shire

Coming to the Ashland Shire for the first time, sign of the Red Dragon, the staircase of the Gods
As always, the comics provide me with energy, a divination of the rainbow road and the power of story that has taken me forward all this time. They were my deck of tarot, my personal style of magomancy, my way of divining the way forward along my path.
